Test Proposal

CRM Audit Email Test · Six weeks

Test the Offer.
Before Paying for Ads.

A six-week test to find out whether real estate agents and teams want a free audit of their CRM data, before any money goes into ads.

The Short Version

Test Interest with Email First.

The Idea

Agents and team leads send you a cleaned export of their CRM. You run it through your model and send back a short audit. The audit leads to a free call, and the call is where you offer coaching or a custom package.

The Test

We email up to 1,000 agents as you, from separate sending domains. Two weeks of setup and warm-up, then four weeks of sending.

The Pass Line

By the end of week 6, at least 5 agents (0.5% of those reached) send a positive reply, and at least 2 agents ask for an audit.

The Investment

$1,500 flat for the six-week test, all tools included. If you choose to continue, $1,250 a month from week 7, with tools paid directly by you.

The Idea

Test Interest with
Email First.

Agents and team leads send you a cleaned export of their CRM. You run it through your model and send back a short audit: what the numbers show, what the research says is likely behind them, and your read on it. The audit leads to a free call, and the call is where you offer coaching or a custom package.

Ads are the way to scale this, but a proper ad test needs about $100 a day for a month. Email gives us an early read on interest for far less. If agents reply and ask for an audit, that is a good sign the offer is worth putting ad money behind. It is an early signal, not a guarantee of how ads would perform.

How It Works

From First Email
to Booked Call.

1. We build the list

Real estate agents and team leads in your target market, with every email address checked before we send.

2. We send a short email sequence as you

Three emails per agent, written in your voice, offering a free look at their conversion numbers. They go out from separate sending domains, which keeps your main email address out of the line of fire.

3. Interested agents get the instructions

A simple page with an intake form and a step-by-step sheet for exporting their CRM data. The export template lists exactly which fields to include and leaves out client names, contact details, property addresses and notes. Agents confirm they are allowed to share the data before they upload it.

4. You run the audit and send the report

The report ends with an invitation to a free call to go through the rest of what you found, with a booking link.

5. You take the call. You talk through whether coaching or a custom package is the right next step for them.
The Timeline

Two Weeks to Set Up, Four Weeks of Sending.

01
Weeks 1 to 2 · Setup and warm-up

Everything built and warmed

Domains, inboxes, the list, the emails, the intake page and the export sheet. New inboxes need about two weeks of gradual warm-up before real sending. We start sending once the inboxes are healthy.

02
Weeks 3 to 6 · Sending

Up to 1,000 agents reached

We aim to reach up to 1,000 agents with up to three emails each, starting slowly in week 3 and building up. The final number depends on how many verified agent contacts we find and how the inboxes perform. We try a different email angle each week and send you a short report every week.

03
Week 6 · The decision

Did agents bite?

We check the results against the pass line we agree on now. You decide whether to continue.

03
Who Does What

We Run the Funnel.
You Handle the Conversations.

How We Judge It

A Clear Pass Line,
Agreed Now.

Our working estimate for about 1,000 agents is 10 to 20 replies, of which about 5 to 10 are interested, and 1 to 3 audit requests. That is enough to see whether agents want this, but a sample this size can be borderline, and it is not enough to decide which message works best. That is what the months after the test are for. Each week we report replies, audit requests, data received, audits completed and calls booked.

The test passes if, by the end of week 6, at least 5 agents (0.5% of those reached) send a positive reply, and at least 2 agents ask for an audit. Auto-replies, rejections and opt-outs do not count. This is the bar we agree on together, not a guarantee.

Doing It Properly

Email Only, and by the Rules.

This test uses email only. Marketing texts sent without consent can bring TCPA damages of $500 per message, up to $1,500 if the violation is willful, so we are leaving texting out. Business email is allowed under the CAN-SPAM Act when it follows the rules, and those rules apply to both you as the advertiser and us as the sender. Every email will:

Show a real sender name and an honest subject line
Make clear it is a business offer
Include your physical mailing address
Give a free, easy way to opt out, with opt-outs processed promptly and always within the 10 business days the law allows
To Get Started

What We Need from You.

Step 01

Your written outline and a sample report

The audit you ran on your own CRM data is ideal. The emails and the export sheet are built from it.

Step 02

Your target market

Georgia only, or agents nationwide.

Step 03

The name the offer goes out under

And the name the emails are sent from.

Step 04

A mailing address for the email footer

A street address, registered P.O. box or private mailbox.

Step 05

Who answers interested replies

You or your VA, so we know where to route them.

Ready when you are.

Once we have these, setup starts and the six weeks begin.
